Lisa Zattoun: Lisa has been instructing group fitness classes in New Bern for 17+ years. In 1993, she became interested in yoga and alternative health.
She is an advanced certified yoga instructor through Asheville Yoga Center and is continuing her studies for her 500 hour certificate. Her training is multi-disciplinary and includes several major styles; lyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Flow/Power, Kundalini, Desikachar, Restorative, Partner, Therapeutic and Phychological. |

Sherry Boehme: Hatha yoga instructor Sherry has been studying yoga since 1983. In 1994, Sherry began attending classes with her mentor, Holly Holiday, of The Light Within, and through these classes began to study the teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati.
Sherry has been teaching weekly Hatha-based classes in New Bern since January 2000. |

Jennifer Cauley: Jennifer teaches a class consisting of an eclectic blend of traditional Hatha poses drawn from various branches of Yoga to create a safe, exercise-science supported, practical style of Yoga, Yoga Fit.
She is registered through Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. Jennifer teaches a class with many explanations and optional modifications. |

| Beginner Hatha Yoga |
Perfect for the student new to yoga or for those with physical limitations including; seniors, prenatal women, or those with back injuries. This class covers the basic principles of Hatha Yoga including; postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. |

| Beginner/Intermediate Hatha Yoga |
| This class is designed for the advanced-beginner to intermediate student. A bit more physically challenging, the students will intergrate the deeper practices of Pranayama, Bandhas, Kriyas, more advanced postures (asanas), with a focus on alignment and meditation techniques. |

| Advanced Hatha Yoga |
| For those with a consistent, daily practice already in place, this class will take students to the next level, building on the techniques acquired in Beg/intermediate classes. |
